Month-of-Event Coordination
We thrive in taking the difficulty of event planning off your shoulders but never out of your hands. Events By SB's unique month-of-coordination model offers all couples the ability to plan the wedding of their dreams and hand off all the minutia and logistics to Nicole and her team of coordinators to execute seamlessly. Our tried-and-true handoff process allows you to leave the most stressful part of wedding planning, the final month, to us.

the hand-off
Hand-off your vendors and contracts to us 30 days before your big day, and we’ll take it from there. After our “Hand-off Meeting,” we’ll create a custom Day-of Timeline that brings your wedding vision to life, down to every last detail.
1-hour Initial Call: We'll discuss your wedding plans, needs, timeline, and vendor/venue details.

VENDOR and venue MANAGEMENT
Vendor Contract Review: We’ll review all contracts for up to 6 vendors
Vendor Coordination: We’ll handle all calls and emails with your vendors (up to 6), ensuring everyone is aligned and ready
Custom Timeline Development: We’ll craft a detailed timeline tailored to your day
Timeline Delivery: We’ll introduce ourselves to your venue and deliver your timeline, including up to 2 rounds of edits
Vendor Questions: We’ll be the first line of defense, handling any issues or questions from vendors, so you can stay focused on enjoying your day.
communications
Shared folder for documents: We’ll set up a shared Google folder where you can upload your vendor contracts and all relevant planning documents for our review
Ongoing Support: You will have access to email and text support throughout the month to address any questions or needs
Final Communications: We’ll manage any last-minute details with your venue and vendors.
VENUE PARTNERSHIP
We will work with your venue’s coordinator: We deliver a full package of all contracts, timeline details, and vendor documents needed for all your plans to run smoothly and seamlessly at the event.
optional add-ons
If at any point you decide you need additional support, the following services are available at an additional fee:
Hourly consulting: Should you decide that you need more hands-on support or just some additional consulting on your event, we’re always here to help. We offer one-on-one consulting or can be available for conference calls with vendors and your venue to support your needs.
On-site coordination: If you’d like to add a dedicated, in-person coordinator for the day of your wedding, we can offer that service locally for a flat rate in the NYC area (up to 30 miles from Valhalla, NY) or nationwide, with an additional travel fee.
PRICING
Month-of-Event Coordination: $4,500
Hourly Rate Consulting: $250 per hour
On-site coordination: $1,500* (8 hours)
